What if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur follows the landing using the flight number you gave when booking, and adjusts the pick-up time, whether you land early or late.
Do I have to give my flight number?
Yes, for an airport pick-up: it's what lets your chauffeur follow your flight. You're asked for it at the last step of booking. For a departure, it's optional.
How much is a transfer between the airport and Casablanca?
450 MAD in Select, 700 MAD in Executive, 800 MAD in Voyage. A fixed price per vehicle, fuel, tolls and VAT included, in either direction.
I'm flying out of Casablanca. How do I book?
Choose “Departing”: the airport becomes your destination. Enter your address, the date and the pick-up time. The price is the same as for an arrival.
How much luggage can I bring?
Enter your passengers and bags when booking: only the classes that fit can be selected. A Select sedan takes 3 bags, a Voyage van 6, a Group minibus 9.
How do I pay?
